How-To: Navigating through your roster (list of contacts)

To navigate through your roster you may use the following:

1. Left/Right softkeys - To select menu items of invoke actions on a contact.

2. Up/Down arrow keys (joystick) - To browse through list of contacts. The current contact is highlited by light-grey cursor.

3. Left/Right arrow keys or joystick - To switch between different roster types (see below).

4. SELECT key or joystick push key - To select roster element or menu item.

5. On BlackBerry devices use "Q/W" and "O/P" to invoke softkey functions.

6. Numeric keys (0-9) - To fast access roster elements. Using this, a key letter is shown in top right of the screen. Press several times to change the key letter.

7. Stylus clicks on menus, roster elements or icons - To invoke appropriate actions.

Roster navigation elements:

Contact types:

- Your buddy is using Google Talk, possible to make voice calls and chat.

- Your buddy is using Talkonaut, chat and voice calls are.

- This contact is a reference for mobile or landline phone, only voice calls are possible.

- This contact is a reference for SIP phone, only voice calls possible.

- This contact is a reference for MSN/Live messenger, chat and voice calls are possible.

- This contact is a reference for Yahoo Messenger, chat and voice calls are possible.

* If there's no icon displayed, it means there is no voice capabilities on this contact. You may chat only.

Contact group types (tabs):

- Only buddies with Google Talk voice capabilities are displayed on the roster.

- Only buddies with Talkonauts running on mobiles are displayed on the roster.

- Only telephone references are displayed on the roster (mobiles and landlines).

- SIP phone references are displayed on the roster.

- Only MSN buddy references are displayed on the roster.

- Only Yahoo buddy references are displayed on the roster.
